Pastor Ericka is a student of the Word, mentor and Bible teacher with a big heart for women and children. Her fun-loving personality is warm and filled with the compassion of Christ. Overcoming poverty, tragedy, and years of oppression and emotional abuse her life and personal testimony of victory continues to inspire those who hear her speak. She is the founder of Live Beautiful Networks, LLC., a growing network of women empowered to mentor and lead others. She is the founder & lead motivator of She Leads an empowerment network for women in leadership.
Pastor Ericka is a loving mother of three beautiful children. She is a signed national recording artist on Tyscot Records and has traveled abroad singing and teaching the message of Jesus Christ. Her music ministry has impacted the hearts of millions through television and other appearances, most recently on the Word Network. It is her desire to reach those whom most have forgotten about, the poor, the broken, the captive, and The Lost! Luke 4:18.
Pastor Ericka understands that Christ truly is the answer to all life dilemmas, and knowing this she uses every opportunity given to share the good news of hope both locally and abroad. Her powerful sound of worship and practical teaching is truly one that effects change in the hearts, minds, and spirit of those who experience it.

Elder Timiney Figueroa is a native of Brooklyn NY and a fifth-generation preacher. She is an anointed voice and can be heard singing and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ across the nation. Singing since she was in her teens, Elder Timiney has ministered with some of the world's premier gospel recording artists, such as Hezekiah Walker & LFT Choir, Kurt Carr & The Kurt Carr Singers, Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and many more. She recently released her own music, all while she still ministers in her local ministry - New Life Tabernacle where her parents Bishop Eric R. Figueroa, Sr. and Evangelist Doreen Figueroa is the Pastor and 1st Lady. She is the doting and loving mother of 3 beautiful children, Quincy, Miles, and Ella. Through her challenges and triumph, Elder Timiney founded the G.R.O.W. Movement which has impacted countless lives of many women. She is an authentic preacher, psalmist and praiser!
